Quickline Analytics is a software company. We make CompanyCodex, the operating platform for independent restaurants, and we run it every day in a working restaurant of our own before any customer sees it.
One product, sold as a subscription: hosted software a restaurant's team signs in to from any browser. Nothing to install, nothing shipped.
The operating platform for an independent restaurant. The handbook, the menu and allergen data, prep and stations, labor, reviews, vendor bills and the daily sales journal live in one place the staff actually open, with Dex, an AI help desk that has read all of it, answering questions during service.
CompanyCodex was built at the Waverly Stone restaurant and runs there today. The product site has the full story.
Visit companycodex.comA monthly software subscription, per business. No hardware, no contract term, no setup fee.
Each business pays one flat monthly price, quoted to its owner in writing before anything is charged. No seats, no tiers, no setup fee. Prices are in US dollars and shown before sales tax; where tax applies it is added at checkout.
Subscriptions are billed monthly by card through Stripe. The business's owner sets up payment from inside the product, and manages the card, the invoices and the receipts in Stripe's billing portal. We never see or store card numbers.
Cancel at any time from the billing portal or by email. Access continues to the end of the paid month and nothing further is charged. Your data stays exportable for a reasonable window afterwards.
A month already paid is not refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error. If something went wrong, email us and we will put it right. The full policy is in our Terms of Service.
Quickline Analytics is a small, independent software company in Michigan, founded and run by Andrew Westerlund.
We build for a business we operate ourselves. Every feature in CompanyCodex earned its place by surviving a real dinner service at the Waverly Stone before it was offered to anyone else. That is the whole method: run it first, then sell it.
Email is the fastest way to reach us. We answer every message ourselves.
